We begin every relationship with an initial call to discuss hopes, dreams, location, budgets, timelines—you name it! This is a jumping point for everyone to make introductions, and if we are a good fit for the project, an in person consultation is scheduled.

An in person meeting, this is where we like to dig in and gather quality information that will help build a project proposal. During our time together, we’ll walk through your home or project plans, and discuss scope, design goals and budget. We value relationship and collaboration every step of the way, and strive to ensure quality communication from the very beginning. This meeting can last up to 2 hours, and is billed at $300.

Whether your project requires a few hours of professional guidance or a full service design package, a custom proposal is developed and tailored to each client and their requirements. Following approval of the proposal, we get to work space planning, CAD drafting, sourcing, developing technical drawings, specifications and plans that will aid in the construction phase of your project, and bring a one-of-a-kind aesthetic to your new space.

We are proud to partner with experienced and exceptional contractors. If requested, these individuals can play a role in any project, and will come alongside at the bidding phase to help develop budgets and secure numbers. Our trade relationships are vital and valued, and we bring many trusted vendors alongside to ensure successful outcomes. As a project progresses, we plan targeted site meetings to verify that the design vision is being implemented.

Not to be overlooked, this is often where a space truly comes together! As part of the implementation phase, we find that the most rewarding projects for clients are those that allow us to work our magic in furniture and textile selection, accessories and styling. We love when projects expand beyond construction and encompass a holistic vision for the home.
