Designed and built in the 80’s this home needed a fresh set of eyes to bring it forward in both function and aesthetic. Set on a wooded lot in a family-centric neighborhood, the renovation took shape by bringing the beautiful outdoors in through the addition of windows, expanded interior openings, and natural tones and materials throughout. Forms and textures were thoughtfully chosen to add in character—certain unique elements being a nod to the home’s original decade. By expanding and reimagining the spaces within the existing footprint, this home is now a warm and welcoming space for family and gathering.
